Items returned within 7 days of the purchased date receive a full refund. Items returned after 7 days, but before 14 days since the purchase date are either subject to a 15% restocking fee, or the full amount may be assessed as store credit (valid for 180 days).
Items not eligible for return at any time include: special order products (items we do not regularly stock or custom computer orders), software, and opened & used CPU heatsinks.
All items that are to be returned must include original packing and be in sellable condition, with all manuals, accessories, cables and original manufacturers packaging. Buyer will be charged a $35.00 re-boxing fee for items not returned in original packaging. Customers must complete and submit the warranty cards to the product manufacturers to start the warranty. Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges and calling the manufacturer for RMAs (Return Authorization numbers). Store invoices are required for all refunds and warranty work. Check purchases will be refunded (7) seven business days after purchased date. All cash sales under $25.00 will be refunded in the same day. Cash sales over $25.00 will be refunded next business day by cash or check at the discretion of management. Out of state checks require (10) ten business days to insure proper bank clearance for a refund. Quick Check handles checks returned for non-sufficient funds. Customer will be responsible for all bank charges and service fees. ANY ITEMS SHIPPED OUT OF STATE WILL HAVE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY ONLY. Please note that Preferred Government Customers orders are warranted for (7) seven days on processors, and 30 days for all other components with the exception of systems.
Components returned for a second time will not be eligible for a refund. A store credit will be applied, valid for (180) one hundred eighty days from original purchase date.
All computers ordered are considered to be a custom order as Technologies For Tomorrow, Inc. builds each computer at each customer’s request. All system orders cancelled two days after authorization will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% of the total purchase price of the computer. Completed and delivered custom systems are non-returnable/non-refundable.
All custom orders come with manufacturer’s warranty in retail boxes. All custom OEM or white box items come with (7) seven-day warranty from Technologies For Tomorrow Inc. If custom item is defective upon delivery, Technologies For Tomorrow Inc. will replace with a new item if the product is within manufacturers warranty. All custom orders will require a (20) twenty percent down payment for items not in stock or at customers request. ALL custom ordered components are final, and are non-returnable for credit or a refund.
All service work has a warranty for (30) thirty days after customer signs their computer out of the service department indicating work has been completed as requested. Initial diagnostic fees are not applicable towards any further repair work with the exception of laptop DC jack repairs. Technologies For Tomorrow Inc. is not responsible for any loss of data on magnetically stored devices even in the event that a back up is performed. Technologies For Tomorrow Inc. will not be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in anyway connected with the agreement to sell product to a buyer or the product, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, loss of use, lost data or for any damages or sums paid by the buyer to third parties.
All Technologies For Tomorrow Inc. Systems come with (1) year instore parts and labor warranty provided by Technologies For Tomorrow, Inc. National onsite warranties are available and are serviced by a national service company contracted by Technologies For Tomorrow, Inc. Warranty includes the computer, installed internal options, and monitor. Operating system software, software installed for internal components, will be restored to original condition in the event of corruption of data or drivers. Backup of customer’s data will not be covered under warranty. This can be purchased for $45.99. The onsite warranty will begin 30 days after acceptance of delivery. The first 30 days will be in store warranty. Extended warranties are available for purchase. Over-clocking CPU’s or Graphic Cards will void Technologies For Tomorrow Inc. warranties. Technologies For Tomorrow Inc. does not warranty any error caused by installation of software other than software included with original purchase. System will be restored to original condition with image file or basic operating system with drivers. Software is manufacturer’s warranty only. Please Note: The warranty will be voided if system seal is broken and/or taken for service to any store other than Technologies For Tomorrow, Inc.
All System Upgrades to old systems provided by customer come with a (30) day component warranty only on items provided by Technologies For Tomorrow Inc. Compatibility issues due to older components provided by customer are not included in Technologies For Tomorrow Inc. (30) thirty-day services warranty. Software provided by customer, both operating systems and driver software, are not covered by any of Technologies For Tomorrow Inc. warrantees. An hourly rate of $54.99 will be charged to fix all software issues if customer authorizes work on services sheet provided by Technologies For Tomorrow Inc. No warranty will apply on labor if customer supplied part or software fails after service work is completed.
All white box items, OEM components must be brought back to Technologies For Tomorrow Inc, for warranty and issuance of RMA number after the (7) day warranty period ends. Customer will be responsible for all shipping cost to and from the manufacturer. Technologies For Tomorrow Inc. will not remove or service any item installed in a customer’s machine. Customers must remove the item. Customers can choose to contract our service dept to diagnose and test item at a rate of $29.99 per half-hour. TFT will not be responsible for time it takes to get item returned from OEM for warranty repair. Technologies For Tomorrow Inc. includes the following warranty on listed components: All components carry a warranty of 30 days from the date of purchase with the exception of Monitors, Printers, Scanners, Uninterruptable Power Supply (UPS), Surge Arrests, and OEM Processors. OEM Processors carry a (7) seven day warranty. Monitors, Printers, Scanners, UPS, Surge Arrests carry only the manufacturer’s warranty. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. All CPU’s: Over-clocking or failure to mount the processor/Fan-heatsink will void warranty. PLEASE NOTE: It is expected that customer has the technical knowledge to install and configure all individual components they purchase. Technologies For Tomorrow Inc. will install your component using posted labor rates. It is recommended that you check the manufacturer’s web site for technical knowledge and information on product specifications and installation help. Technologies For Tomorrow only sells name brand components.
